Booking and Payment

To secure your photography session date, the full price or 50% retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This payment guarantees your appointment and allows us to reserve time exclusively for you.


Please note that your session will not be confirmed until payment is received. In the event that payment is not made at the time of booking, your date may be released to other clients.


By making the full payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the session.

Picture delivery & Timeline

Payment must be made for the amount of images you want edited before the editing process can be begin.


All photography sessions require a minimum of one week for photo editing and delivery from the time the client selects their final images. This allows us to carefully edit and perfect each image to ensure the highest quality.


If you require your photos sooner than the standard one-week turnaround, expedited processing is available for an additional fee. Please inform us at the time of your image selection if you need a faster turnaround, and we will provide details regarding the additional cost and the new delivery timeline.


Thank you for your understanding and patience. We are committed to providing you with beautiful, professionally edited images, and we appreciate your cooperation in allowing us the necessary time to do so.

Tardiness & rescheduling

 

TARDINESS & RESCHEDULING

Punctuality is essential to ensure the best possible experience and results from your photography session. If you anticipate being late, you must contact me no later than half way into your scheduled session time to inform me of your delay.


If I am not contacted within half the session time, your photoshoot will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. However, if you notify me in time, we will work together to reschedule the shoot for another date that works for both of us.


Please understand that this policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule for all clients and ensures that every session receives the attention it deserves.

Session Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Session Cancellation & Refund Policy

To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:

Retainer fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will be able to reschedule without having to pay a deposit again.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in a deposit to book another session.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be flexible when possible. If you need to reschedule instead of canceling, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
